Pirate Suspects captured by US Navy

February 11, 2009, Gulf of Aden – The United States Navy successfully rounded up seven pirate suspects. These men were founded by the Navy when the tanker made a distress call. These men’s skiff was halted before they were able to hijack a tanker. These suspects will be trialed at Kenya. At the Horn of Africa, piracy had become a dilemma in the uncontrolled regions. Hijacking vessels and ships had been extremely common. Nearly 100 vessels were hijacked by pirates.

This is good new. Finally there is an international improvement in the world against piracy. This is a good effort done by the United States Navy which I hope the rest of the world would follow. I believe the government living around those regions with pirates in their waters should not be bullied by these thugs anymore. They should send in law enforcements and change the lawless regions and international waters more security. This could prevent these criminals from stealing their goods again. I hope that the United States Navy will assist and aid the government if they send in their own navies to follow the US’s skirmish act against these robbers. Good job, US Navy.
